1. Does this work with my filter?

• The CartCleanPro stands works with any pool filter cartridge that has a 3-inch inside diameter. This is the standard size for most major residential pool filters (Pentair, Hayward, Jandy).  

2. Does it use ball bearings?

• No. We use Spin-Finity™ Technology. This is a superior, single-piece ribbed composite design that is pre-lubricated. Unlike metal ball bearings, it cannot rust, seize, or get jammed by sand, making it perfect for the wet, gritty environment of pool cleaning.  

3. Why do I need the "Slinger" O-Ring?

• The Slinger O-Ring is a critical debris seal. It prevents dirty water and grit from entering the ribbed grooves of the base cap, ensuring smooth rotation.  

4. Is the nozzle included?

• Yes! Every kit comes with a high-pressure brass nozzle and an on/off valve so you have everything you need to start cleaning immediately.  

5. What is the brush for?

• We include a free Drain Plug Cleaning Brush. Use this to clean the threads of your filter tank's drain plug to prevent leaks when you reassemble your equipment.
